Who we are

Hi, I’m Payton Phillips. I attended the University of Kentucky, where I earned All-Conference honors as a pole vaulter, including one SEC silver medal, two SEC bronze medals, and First Team All-American recognition at the NCAA level.

Over the past year, I’ve discovered a deep passion for coaching the sport that has given me so much. Through this club, my goal is to develop young pole vaulters not only as athletes, but as confident, disciplined individuals—fostering an intentional culture centered on growth, character, and purpose both on and off the runway.

I have brought on long time friend and very talented vaulter Kareem Nazim. Kareem has been vaulting for10 years. In high school Kareem was a 2x State Champion and an All- American pole vaulter.

After high school Kareem went to Hinds community college where he was a 4x All- American and won a national title jumping 16’0.25. He recently won silver at the A-Sun conference indoor championships. Kareem will be finishing his collegiate carrer this spring after he graduates from the University of West Georgia.
